When to use it, against the other products. The single class is for a woman who wants to try you. The workshop is for a woman who wants to understand herself, and it is the only entry product where the archetype work is real rather than light. Run it monthly, and close it with the invitation to the seven week programme. How many you can run per year is still open, because your yearly capacity has not been decided yet. Once it is, this is the product to build the calendar around.

Opening. Grounding breath, four seconds in and four seconds out. Frame the night: you are not one goddess, you are all seven.
0:10 to 0:30
Teaching: the three families. Introduce the virgin, vulnerable and alchemical goddesses, and how they map to the body's energy centers.
0:30 to 1:20
The goddess tour. A guided pass through all seven archetypes: one myth capsule, one embodied gesture, one question each.
1:20 to 1:40
Self assessment. Participants fill the dominant, asleep or shadow worksheet for themselves.
1:40 to 2:00
Sharing. Pairs or trios share one goddess they recognized and one they want to meet.
2:00 to 2:30
Deep dive. The group chooses one goddess, by a show of hands or by intuition, to explore fully through movement and dance.
2:30 to 3:00
Closing ritual. Candle, one sentence commitment, and the bridge to what comes next.

Virgin, autonomous

Artemis, Athena and Hestia. Complete in themselves, their identity does not depend on being chosen or validated by another.
Vulnerable, relational
Root · heart · third eye
Hera, Demeter and Persephone. Their identity is built through bond, commitment and care.
Alchemical, alone
Sacral
Aphrodite. In relationship but not defined by it, she transforms through pleasure and creation.
