Six products to launch with
Prices deliberately sit at the floor of the market range, because you are starting without a studio of your own and without published cases. The job of these six is not margin, it is testimonials. Prices move up as social proof grows. The workshop is the one that changed: you asked why it was not here, and you were right, so it now sits in the ladder with a price and a place.
Three rules that decide what goes where
Yes, in a light form. One goddess named, one sentence of her story, one gesture. It is your method, so it should be recognisable in everything you teach. What does not belong in a class is the archetype work itself: a woman needs time and a warmed up group to actually meet an archetype, and 75 minutes has neither.
10 to 20 minutes is a first taste, on purpose. One gate, one breath, one movement, one sound. It is not the practice and it is not supposed to be. You were right that the whole thing does not fit, and the answer is not to compress it, it is to give one honest piece of it and let the class be the class.
Yoga, sound healing, dance and the goddesses, all four together, need days rather than hours. That is the retreat, and the seven week programme is its online version. Everything below is deliberately a part of the whole rather than a shrunken copy of it.
Two questions you asked on 18 August
It is not a rule about the product, it is a decision about the first year, and you can change it the moment it stops serving you. Three reasons it starts online. It works from Belgium in winter, with no room to rent and nobody to fill. It reaches the women who actually understand you, who are spread across several countries and not across one Belgian town. And seven weeks in person means seven fixed evenings where every woman has to travel every week, which is the single fastest way to lose half a group by week four.
So yes, you can also run it in person, and here is when. Once you have run it online twice and have testimonials, an in person cohort in Belgium becomes a real product at a higher price, because presence is worth more and everyone knows it. And it is not the online version of a retreat. The retreat is seven days, all four tools, one place. The programme is seven weeks, one gate a week, in her own life, which is a different thing and in some ways a harder one: she has to keep the practice going in the week between two classes.
You are right that it reads as two things, and here is the plain version. Gate 1 is the first gate of the method: Root, Demeter. First Gate is the name of the single class you sell, and it is called that because it is the class where a woman meets that gate. So the overlap is deliberate, not an accident: her first class is the first gate.
If it still feels confusing when you say it out loud to a stranger, that is a good enough reason to change it, and changing a product name costs nothing at this stage. The Root Session and One Gate, One Evening are the two alternatives. Say all three out loud once and keep the one that comes easiest. Whatever you keep, use only that one, everywhere.
Medium term ladder
The five products above are the launch. These two stay on the horizon, to open once the first cohorts and testimonials exist.
| Product | Format | Price | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| One to one, 3 months | Personalised, weekly or fortnightly sessions | 900 to 1.200 euros per package | High contact offer for depth. Highest ticket, few slots per month. |
| The retreat, 7 days 7 gates | In person, international (Portugal or Spain first, then Bali and Brazil) | 900 to 1.800 euros per person | Anchor product. The dream you already named, highest average ticket, highest propagation through photos, testimonials and referral. |
