Who you are, before the method

Everything below came from your own words in Session 1. Nothing was invented for you.

Origin

Elena Daenen, 24, Belgian. Psychology and Neuroscience in Maastricht, then a Master's in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing in Tilburg. The turning point came at 17, on a trip to Australia: new habits, vegetarianism, sport, and a first, frustrated meeting with yoga (you were stiff, you did not like it). Back in Belgium during the pandemic, the book Miracle Morning reopened the door and the practice stayed. Then yoga teacher training in Nepal, sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls, the Master's, and now dance therapy, still in training in Belgium until January 2027.

The part of the story you said you are willing to share, and that most people would hide: school was torture, you are dyslexic, and at five years old you were already the difficult child on the floor saying no. You said it yourself: "you don't come like a beautiful little healing person, there's always a story behind everyone, and this is the most beautiful part." That is not a footnote. That is your credibility.

Anchor phrase

Holding the space. You hold the safe space. The one who heals is the woman herself. This is your ethical boundary and, at the same time, your strongest differentiator against the guru stereotype.

Voice balance

70% spiritual language (chakras, energy, the divine, archetypes) and 30% scientific language (neuroscience, positive psychology), used to explain and to ground the spiritual concepts, never to replace them. Validated by you in Session 1.

Who you serve, and who you do not

Your woman · rewritten from your own words

A woman who wants to come back to herself. She is looking for calm inside, for a life that means something, for the ability to be present and aware, and for a way to get closer to the divine energy. She wants to meet the different sides of herself, and the Greek goddesses are the language she meets them in. She may be a beginner. What matters is that the choice to be there is hers.

Not your woman

A woman who wants a fast result and is not connected to herself. The disconnected executive your godmother suggested. You said no to that on the spot, and the no was right: without a real opening, the journey cannot land.

What changed here, and why. Version 2 called her "a woman in life transition". You said that is not the aim of your classes, workshops or retreats, and you were right, so it is gone from everything you will publish. One distinction is worth keeping in your own head, though, and only there: a life event is often what makes a woman look for you, but it is never what you are treating. She books because something moved. She stays because she is coming back to herself. Speak only about the second one.

The transformation, in your own words

It would be an inward transformation. First of all the connection with yourself, and then with the energy around you.Elena, Session 1

Brand decisions now closed

The name

Elena Daenen, with the method called The Seven Gates. You asked whether to keep Elena Jane. Jane is your middle name, which means it carries no meaning for anyone but you, and it makes the brand sound softer than your work actually is. Daenen is yours, it is European, and it is free almost everywhere online. See the next section.

The language

English only, for now. One language, done well, beats three done partly. French stays available for in person work in Belgium, but nothing is published in it until English is running. This also sets the writing rule for everything: plain English, one idea per sentence, no word that needs a dictionary.

Where you teach

Belgium in person, the world online, with the first retreat in Portugal or Spain, and Bali and Brazil later. Online is what lets you start before you move, so the online entry product is not a compromise, it is the engine.

Personal brand, not a product brand

Your name in front, the method inside. Your products are still forming, and a small community buys the person before it buys the brand. Nothing you build now has to be undone if you ever add a house name above it.
