Not a strange question, and it was the weakest point in version 3, so it now has its own answer at the top of section 06. In one rule: the chakra tells you what the problem is about, the goddess tells you what it looks like in a real woman. The chakra gives the theme of the gate and the fact that there are only three states, too little, balanced, too much, and that is identical at all seven gates. The goddess gives the story, the behaviour and the words, which is what a woman recognises herself in. Both, in that order.

You are right, and this was a straight error on our side. Section 07 said the self test replaces the meditation, and the Products page still listed a PDF guide or a ten minute audio. Fixed: the lead magnet is now Which Gate Is Speaking, free, 42 statements, seven minutes, one page result. The ten minute grounding audio survives as the thank you gift after the test, not as the reason to sign up.

This is the most useful sentence in your document and it is now a written rule. No phrasal verbs, which is the technical name for a verb plus a small word that changes its meaning: pull away, put off, hold on, take up, get away from. They are the hardest part of English for a reader whose first language is not English, and your women are mostly in that position too. Every one of them is gone from the table and the test, replaced by a single plain verb. The rule is now in the Brand Book, in the verbal identity section, so it applies to everything from here on.

It was too close, and you were right to push. They are now two different instruments. The Goddess Table is written in the third person and it is yours: it is what you observe in a woman while she is in front of you, and she never sees it. The test is written in the first person and it is hers: concrete situations from her own last month, ticked alone with nobody watching. The gap between what she reports and what you see is the most useful information in the session, and it is exactly what a website test cannot give her.

The opposite, and this needed to be clearer. She does not choose at all. The rule is: start at the gate with the lowest number that is not open. If gates 1, 4 and 6 have ticks, she starts at gate 1, even if gate 4 has more ticks and even if she would rather work on gate 6. The gates sit on top of each other, so a woman who works on her voice while her root is empty is speaking from a body that does not feel safe, and it will not hold.

Because it is almost never seven separate problems. When the root is empty the body reads the whole of life as unsafe, and every other gate reports that same alarm in its own language. Treat it as seven problems and you work for a year. Start at the root and most of the other ticks disappear by themselves within a few weeks. Whatever is still there afterwards was real, and now you can see it clearly.

One lit gate is the clearest result the test gives, and it is rare. Work there, properly, and do not go looking for more. On the bigger question: all seven, eventually, one at a time, always. She is not one goddess. She is all seven, and each one is somewhere on her own scale right now. That is also what keeps you out of the personality test market, where a woman is told she is a type and then has nowhere to go.

A version of both, and it is now the headline everywhere: You already carry what you are looking for. Your two versions say it is inside you, which is true and which most of this market also says. Carry is stronger and it is yours: she has been walking around with it, not storing it somewhere. It also keeps the word you approved in August, so the bio, the hero and the About page finally agree.

Both were our mistakes, and both are closed. There is now one bio, the Brand Book one, printed identically in both documents. The three starter posts that used to live here are gone from this document: they are week 1 of the thirty day plan in the Brand Book, which is where they belong. Your decision is the right one and it is now the only instruction in both documents. Nothing has to be posted before 4 September. Rename the account, put the bio in, and post whenever you feel like it with no plan. Week 1 of the thirty days only works if weeks 2, 3 and 4 follow it, so starting it alone in the middle of August would waste the best three posts you have.

Gone. It was doing two jobs badly: it described her inner state, which you cannot know, and it needed a strong English reader. The central promise now reads from feeling far from yourself to feeling at home in your own body, and the tagline that used it was replaced with nothing is missing in you, it has only gone quiet.

Rewritten. It was one long sentence carrying three ideas, and lives in made the reader decide whether it was literal. It is now three short sentences: The Seven Gates is a journey through the seven energy centers of the body. Each one has a Greek goddess, and you meet her through yoga, sound healing and movement.

Not a rule about the product, a decision about the first year, and you can change it whenever it stops serving you. Online works from Belgium in winter with no room to rent, it reaches the women who actually understand you rather than one Belgian town, and it avoids seven fixed evenings of travel, which is the fastest way to lose half a group by week four. Once you have run it online twice and have testimonials, an in person cohort becomes a real product at a higher price. And no, it is not the online retreat: the retreat is seven days in one place, the programme is seven weeks inside her own life, which is harder in a different way.

No, and the reason is the part of you that is hardest to copy. Everything that makes a woman trust you is attached to a real person: school was torture, you are dyslexic, you were the difficult child on the floor at five, and the chakras felt like remembering rather than learning. That story is your credibility and nobody can take it. A made up name cuts you off from all of it and buys nothing, because nobody in your market is looking for a mysterious brand. If the question came from the surname being hard to say, that is now fixed rather than avoided: you gave us DAH-nen, and it sits in the Brand Book so every festival and podcast gets it right before they introduce you. Three phrases you asked us to explain. All three are now gone from the table, but you asked what they meant, so here is the answer rather than only the replacement. Keeping score meant holding a private list of what she gave and what she got back, so that love slowly turns into a debt somebody owes her. It now reads: she gives without counting what she gets back. Moved none of it meant she understands her problem completely and has changed nothing in her actual life. It now reads: she understands her problem completely and changes nothing. The commitment is mainly a romantic relationship, yes, and it also covers a promise made to a friend, to a piece of work, or to herself. The line now names it: she gives herself fully to a relationship and still keeps her own friends, work and time.

Four reasons, written out in section 03. Short version: nobody buys a method from a stranger, and until you have testimonials you are the evidence. Three common English words cannot be owned, your surname can, so the method alone is ground you do not stand on. Your whole difference, holding the space rather than promising the healing, is a statement about a person. And nothing is lost, because the method is on the second line of the logo, in the bio and in every product name. It flips the day the method can be taught by someone who is not you, which is a real milestone and probably three years away.

One movement of the body that carries the goddess, given once in the class and held for three or four breaths. Not choreography, not dance, not an explanation. Thirty seconds inside ninety minutes. There is now a table with the exact gesture and the exact line to say for all seven gates, at the end of section 06. Gate 1, for example: both hands flat on the floor, weight pressing down, and the line let the floor hold you before you hold anything else.

Himalayan singing bowls, handmade in Nepal. You are right on the facts: Tibetan is the loose popular name, and the bowls are made across the Himalayan region, today mostly in Nepal. Himalayan is accurate, it is more distinctive, and it lets you tell the true story of where yours came from. Two exceptions, both about honesty and findability: keep the word Tibetan if that is the wording printed on your own training certificate, and write also known as Tibetan singing bowls once on the site and once in each YouTube description, because that is what people type into a search box.

A different reason, and you caught that the old wording hid it. Both women live alone and refuse help, so from the outside they are identical. Artemis refuses help because she does not want to owe anyone anything, and being alone feels like freedom. Hera does everything alone because she was hurt and stopped trusting that people stay, and being alone feels like protection. Both lines were rewritten to carry the reason inside the sentence, and the question that separates them is now in Hera's card: does being alone feel like freedom, or like protection?

Every one of them was rewritten, and then the rest of both instruments was rewritten too, so that the corrected lines do not sit next to uncorrected ones. That is 173 lines: 84 in the Goddess Table, all 42 statements of the test, and 47 more inside the seven gates. That last group was not in your document, and it should have been in ours: the signs of a deficient or excess gate still carried the exact words you objected to in August, passivity, codependence, workaholism, excessive rationality, one screen away from the lines we had just corrected. They are all gone. Four rules were applied throughout: no phrasal verbs, one idea per sentence, the reason inside the sentence rather than implied, and every statement checkable against her own last month. Two examples. A quiet so what sits under every plan became she makes plans and secretly thinks none of them matter. Peace that still does the dishes became she is calm, and she still does the ordinary daily tasks.

Changed, everywhere. The woman is now described the way you described her: she wants to come back to herself, to feel calm inside, to live in a way that means something, to be present and aware, and to get closer to the divine energy. Life transition is gone from every sentence you will publish. Keep one distinction in your own head, and only there: a life event is often what makes a woman start looking, but it is never what you are treating. She books because something moved. She stays because she is coming back to herself.

Drop Jane. A middle name means something to you and nothing to anyone else, and next to your work it reads softer than what you actually do in a room. Elena Daenen is yours, it is unmistakably European, and it is almost certainly still free as a handle and a domain. Rename the account you already have rather than opening a new one.

You are right, and Pillar V was rewritten because of it. It is no longer asked to explain the chakras or the goddesses. Its job is to translate what a woman actually feels in the room, in words she already trusts: why slow breathing settles the nervous system, why the body holds what the mind will not say, why naming a feeling lowers its charge. Positive psychology keeps a narrower and more honest role, in the integration part of the journey.

It was a vague word, so it is gone. What it was trying to say: when a woman is genuinely enjoying her own life, people are drawn to her without her performing anything. That is the sentence that replaced it.

It means she practises saying no where it costs almost nothing: a favour she has no time for, an invitation she does not want, a task that is not hers. Then she writes down what actually happened next. The point is not courage. She is collecting evidence that a no does not cost her the room.

Because somewhere she learned that a no costs her her place. If Artemis was never allowed to defend her own territory, the woman pays for belonging with yes, and calls it being easy to work with. That sentence is now written into the gate itself.

You answered your own question, and you were right. That is how every goddess is read in this method: her light, her shadow, and the aligned state in between. A goddess with no shadow would be useless at this gate, because the women who arrive here are not failing at loving. They are failing at loving and staying themselves at the same time. Hera is the only one whose own story shows both in the same breath.

Fair. It was badly written. It now reads: both are answers to the same question, how do I survive caring this much? The woman who closes her heart and the woman who gives too much are solving the same problem in opposite directions.

Your own sentence solved it: Athena fits if the throat is read as clear communication, and she is weaker if it is read as authentic self expression. So the gate is now defined as both at once. The throat gate is saying the true thing in a way that can be heard. Truth without clarity is noise. Clarity without truth is performance. Athena in her light does both, Athena in deficiency knows the true thing and swallows it, and Athena in excess argues instead of speaking. The full reasoning now sits at the top of the gate.

She is more than that. She is applied wisdom, counsel and craft. She advises Odysseus and Perseus, and advising someone is a relational act, not a cold one. She is also the weaver, which is patience and detail rather than argument. Logic without feeling is not her essence, it is her shadow, and that shadow is exactly what this gate works on.

Teaching someone what you know, and letting someone more experienced teach you. Athena grows in both directions. The line is now written in those words.

Saying the feeling next to the reason, not instead of it: I am hurt, and here is what I think. It has been rewritten that way.

The question is right, the wording was not. It now asks: when did I explain myself instead of saying how I felt? Same question, and now it can be answered with something that happened this week.

It means she works well, she may even be doing very well, and none of it moves her. It has been rewritten in those words.

Where do I is a coaching expression in English that means in which situations of my life. If it did not read clearly to you, it will not read clearly to your women either. All 21 questions were rewritten. The rule now: one idea per question, everyday words, and it has to be answerable with something that happened in the last seven days.

You caught a real weakness. There is now a whole section for it, The Goddess Table: each goddess in three states, with her own signs, plus a line saying which goddess she is most confused with and how to tell them apart. For your example: Persephone escapes downward, into her own story, endlessly processed. Hestia escapes upward, above her own life, where nothing is a problem. Same behaviour from the outside, opposite direction inside.

Right on both counts, and it is meant to be that way. The video is the door, not the room. One gate, one breath, one movement, one sound, and it should leave her wanting the class. The full practice is 75 to 90 minutes and it only exists live, because what makes it deep is you in the room, not the content. Do not compress a class into a video. Give one honest piece of it.

In the classes too, in a light form, because it is your method and it should be recognisable everywhere. One goddess named per class, one sentence of her story, one gesture, and no archetype work. The real embodiment work, where a woman actually meets her archetype and it changes something, stays in the workshop, the programme and the retreat, because it needs time and a group that has warmed up.

Yes to both. The four tools together need days, not hours. The retreat is where the full package lives, and the seven week programme is its online version. Everything below those is deliberately a part of the whole, not a smaller version of it.

If it made you stop, it will stop a stranger too, so neither version survived. On 13 August you cut it to four words. On 18 August you wrote that four words is too simple, and gave two versions of your own. Yes, now, because the name is decided and the account is dormant. Rename it to @elenadaenen, replace the bio with the one written here, and post three things in the first two weeks: who you are and what you teach, one short practice from Gate 1, and the line about not being here to heal anyone. Do not spend weeks announcing a method that is coming soon. Show the practice, and let people meet you doing it.

You were right, it belonged in the ladder and it is now in it. It sits between the single class and the seven week programme: half a day, 7 to 12 women, 60 to 90 euros per person. Use it about once a month, as the paid door that sells the programme. It is also the product that produces the fastest testimonials, because a woman leaves it able to name her own goddess.

It is now a written rule for your brand: plain English, one idea per sentence, no word that needs a dictionary, and no sentence that needs to be explained. If you have to read something twice, so will the woman you are writing it for, and she will not ask.
