The promise, ready to use
Everything below is written in English, because it goes straight to your audience. Copy it into the bio, the site and the content as it is.
Not a promise to teach her something new. A promise to give her back something that is already hers. Which is exactly what happened to you: you said you never heard of chakras until Nepal, and then it felt like remembering, and it stayed.
Why this one and not either of yours, exactly. Your two versions say it is inside you, which is true and which every account in this market also says. Carry says something stronger and it is yours: she is not storing it somewhere inside, she has been walking around with it the whole time. It also keeps the word you approved in August, so the bio, the site and the About page still agree with each other. Seven words, one idea, no word that needs a dictionary, and it is already the last line of your About paragraph.
One line stays out of the bio and it is the strongest of all: You are not broken. You are disconnected. It tells a woman what her inner state is, and you cannot know that. Use it as the first line of a post, where she can disagree and keep reading.
It comes from your own words about remembering the chakras and the mythology before you studied them. You are not selling knowledge, you are selling recognition.
No other yoga teacher combines chakras, Greek goddess archetypes, sound healing and dance therapy in this sequence. The combination is ownable.
It reinforces holding the space: you do not deliver the transformation, you light the path she already carries. It removes the guru tone by construction.
The central promise
The word scattered is gone, at your request. It was doing two jobs badly: it described her inner state, which you cannot know, and it needed a good English reader to land. Far from yourself is plainer, it is the thing she actually says out loud, and it points at the same place.
Short taglines
Come home to yourself, one gate at a time.
Nothing is missing in you. It has only gone quiet.
Seven gates. One woman, remembering who she is.

You caught a real contradiction: this document told you to post three things now, and the Brand Book said the content phase starts with its own session. Then you decided to wait. Your decision is the right one and it is now the only instruction in both documents.
The three starter posts that used to sit here have not been thrown away. They are the first week of the thirty day plan in the Brand Book, written out post by post, with what to show and what to say. Doing them inside that plan is better than doing them alone, because week 1 only works if weeks 2, 3 and 4 follow it.
Until 4 September, there is nothing you have to post. Rename the account, put the bio in, and post whenever you feel like it with no strategy and no pressure. Producing content is a muscle and nothing you post in the meantime can hurt you.
Site, About page
I did not grow up speaking the language of chakras or Greek goddesses. It found me, in Nepal, in a sound healing room, in a book I could not put down, and it kept coming back until I understood it was already mine. My path crossed psychology and neuroscience before it crossed yoga, sound, and dance, and I never left one for the other, I let them become one practice. The Seven Gates is what grew from that: a journey through the body's seven energy centers, each one held by a goddess archetype, walked through yoga, sound healing, and movement. I am not here to heal you. I hold a safe space, you do the rest, because you already carry what you came looking for. Come and experience it.

You already carry what you are looking for.
The Seven Gates is a journey through the seven energy centers of the body. Each one has a Greek goddess, and you meet her through yoga, sound healing and movement. Not therapy, not a guru. A safe space to come home to who you already are.
Rewritten at your request. You wrote that the goddess archetype that lives in each one was not clear enough, and it was not: it is one long sentence carrying three ideas, and lives in asks the reader to decide whether it is literal. Three short sentences now, one idea each.
Come and experience your first gate.
