The five sentences everything else obeys
If the rest of this document were lost, these five would be enough to rebuild it. They are the test for every post, every price, every photograph and every decision about who to work with.
Who she isA woman who wants to come back to herself.
What you give herNot something new. Something that was already hers.
How you do itSeven gates, walked through the body: yoga, sound and movement, with a goddess at each one.
Where you standYou are not here to heal her. You hold the space, she does the rest.
What she leaves withThe ability to hold, for herself, the space you held for her.
The woman you serve
She wants to come back to herself. She is looking for calm inside, for a life that means something, for the ability to be present and aware, and for a way to feel closer to the divine energy. She wants to meet the different sides of herself, and the Greek goddesses are the language she meets them in. She may be a complete beginner. What matters is that the choice to be there is hers.
A woman who wants a fast result and is not connected to herself. Someone sent by a friend who does not want to be there. Someone looking for therapy, or for a diagnosis. Someone who wants you to tell her who she is. You are not the right person for any of them, and saying so early is kinder than discovering it in week four.
Your personality, in five traits
These came out of your own answers, not from a list of adjectives. Each one has a behaviour attached, because a personality that cannot be acted on is decoration.
| Trait | Where it came from | What it looks like in practice |
|---|---|---|
| Warm | Your own answer: softness, presence, a healing voice | You greet before you instruct. Nobody is corrected in front of the room. The first minute of a class is always about arriving, never about performing. |
| Plain | Your request for simpler language, 6 August | One idea per sentence. If a woman would have to ask what a word means, it does not go in. |
| Grounded | The 70/30 balance you validated in Session 1 | Every spiritual idea gets one plain sentence next to it. You can talk about energy centres and about the nervous system in the same breath without apologising for either. |
| Honest about the story | School was torture, dyslexia, the difficult child at five | You do not arrive as someone who was always well. The story is not a confession, it is the reason she can trust you. |
| Unhurried | Capricorn discipline over Sagittarius speed, and your own answer about not rushing | You do not sell urgency. No countdowns, no last chance. The invitation is always: come and experience it. |

- Trained in yoga, in sound, and in psychology
- Still learning, and open about it
- A guru, a healer, a shaman or a coach
- A therapist, and you do not treat trauma or mental illness
- Someone who diagnoses anyone
- Someone who promises a result you cannot control
The brand in one paragraph
I did not grow up speaking the language of chakras or Greek goddesses. It found me, in Nepal, in a sound healing room, in a book I could not put down, and it kept coming back until I understood it was already mine. My path crossed psychology and neuroscience before it crossed yoga, sound and dance, and I never left one for the other, I let them become one practice. The Seven Gates is what grew from that: a journey through the body's seven energy centers, each one held by a goddess archetype, walked through yoga, sound healing and movement. I am not here to heal you. I hold a safe space, you do the rest, because you already carry what you came looking for. Come and experience it.
