Meet Elena through the Root Gate. A woman should understand the problem in her own life before she learns the name of the method.

What to show

Six text cards. Card 1 large, cards 3 to 5 as quoted lines in the first person. Keep one idea per card.

The six cards
13 quiet signs your body is asking for more ground.
2Not panic. Not crisis. The quieter kind you learn to call a busy week.
3I check my bank account even when I know there is enough.
4There is no place where I feel completely at home.
5When someone cancels a plan, my whole day is ruined.
6I call this the Root Gate. You do not need to believe in chakras to notice the pattern. Which one was your week?

Grounding is not an aesthetic. It is a way to notice how much support your body feels in ordinary life. I use the Root Gate as a map for patterns around stability, home and support. For three breaths, feel both feet on the floor. Let the exhale last a little longer than the inhale. Notice. Do not force. Which sign felt most familiar?

Wednesday The Root Gate Check StoriesThe Body Remembers
The sequence
1
Video of feet on the floor. Text: Quick check: how grounded did this week feel in your body? Add the emoji slider.
2
This month I am staying with the Root Gate: stability, support and home.
3
Poll. Which feels closer this week? A: I feel unsettled. B: I need control.
4
They look opposite. In the Gate map, both can point to the same theme: the way we search for safety.
5
20 second practice. Press both feet into the floor. Feel the pressure. Exhale slowly. Three breaths.
6
Question box. What makes you feel grounded in real life?
7
I read every answer. If yours gives me an idea for a practice, I will reply.

Friday Behind the Practice StoriesHolding the Space
The sequence
1
Clip of the mat or the floor. Almost every class I teach begins here.
2
Poll. When stress arrives, where do you go first? A: Into my thoughts. B: Into movement.
3
I begin with the body because it gives us something concrete to notice before we explain anything.
4
Mini practice. Feel the chair or floor supporting your weight for one full breath.
5
Question box. What is the hardest part of starting a practice for you?
6
Teaser. On Sunday I will tell you why I never ask anyone to believe in chakras before they practise.
Sunday I did not grow up with chakras Speaking Reel · 60 secHolding the Space
What to show

You to camera, seated, warm light. Say it in your own words. Do not read this out loud line by line.

Script
Open
I did not grow up with chakras.
Credibility
I studied psychology and neuroscience before I trained in yoga and sound.
Nepal
In Nepal, chakras did not feel like a belief I had to adopt. They gave me a map I could explore through the body.
Now
That is still how I teach.
The boundary
I do not use science to prove the spiritual. I use plain language so you can enter the practice without pretending to believe anything.
Close
Curiosity is enough.

You do not need the right vocabulary to begin. You do not need to call yourself spiritual. You need enough curiosity to notice what happens when the idea meets the body. That is the bridge I care about.
